In the U.S. it's probably Gunson and LACOMS for the best ccwr results and stability. NYCOMS is probably up there as well. But for sure, Gunson and LACOMS do sizeable rotations on a frequent basis with stable results. 10-12 degrees of ccwr is probably not out of the ordinary for them.
