Mass tagging is when you include people that don't want to be tagged. So if you take a gamble and include someone you aren't sure about, they may report you. It's up to you and the group of people that tag each other to know when it's fine to do it

I remember having the same conversation with you over a month ago.

You can tag your “friends”, just don’t tag over 15 users, which seems reasonable to me. In fact, I wouldn't have near as big of a problem with it if you didn't do it as often as you currently do.

You’re blatantly farming reacts (replies as well) by doing it, since most of the people you tag, will react to your post regardless of whether they read it or not.
