If you're thinking pragmatically then you would chose indian or german (if you're in Europe) or spanish (if you're in US).

Italian sounds the most musical most of it vowel sounds and poetix. French has a flowing quality but doesn't have rigid structure so there's no formality. Upper-class English accents (like RP) sound good , while other English accents are meh. German sounds the worst but it great in precision and clarity. Spanish strikes a balance. motive, and linguistically diver.
