Medium sized lips that fit your lower third. You don’t want thin lips like an inbred Scotts-Irish redneck, but jigaboo bootlips that overpower your chin and jaw are also bad.

When I think of egregiously “thick” lips, I think of black people lips.
The “thick” lips in OP, are the perfect size if they harmonize well with the lower third.
