Which material is best for infra and paranasial implants

Out of peek, titanium and silicone since they're the big 3

i hear bad things about silicone overall i feel titanium would be the best option you naturally occur metal in your body and is more durable (silicon is also in the body but not sili(cone) which is synthetic obv). Thus, most opt for titanium IN MY OPINION

discuss it with @Adee tho he would know.

You mostly can't use titanium neither HA on infra orbitals because the implant has to be stiffly set and 2-3mm thick, titanium is a metal plate u won't be able to get it as thin and when you will look down or smile you could see the metal plate if you look down, it could also damage the infra nerves because of ossification, PEEK is probably the only way here
