Other replies are useless as usual. Depends on height really, you don't want to look like a manlet. However, at 6'1 I am striving for 17 inch arms, 17 inch calves, 12.75 inch forearms, 26-27 inch legs and of course a wide back, wide shoulders and keep my waist under 29 inches at sub 10% BF. When I get to 16 inch arms + calves etc Ill decide if its sufficient or if I will strive for 17.
