Crack cocaine, fent, heroin, weed, etc etc. every drug looksmins you.
Psychedelics like shrooms or LSD are probably the least a”brasive”.
At least from what I’ve researched, I’m sticking to those myself.

If you already have bad thoughts running through your mind and do LSD you will have bad fucking trips, thats what happened to me but it was good in the long run i guess cause i had to confront the bad thoughts face first.
I would say xanax is pretty good for numbing the pain mentally, but the withdrawals with it were the worst ive ever felt in my whole life.
Aslong as your not a subhuman you'll get through whatever your going through.
