Assuming you have no jaw recession, a normal bite, and ok ramus length, would a genioplasty with downgrafting mog bimax for increasing lower third height

I have mostly good facial development (zygos, maxilla, midface, browridge, etc..), just lacking lower third (specifically chin) heighty not get trimax atp
ye genio is prob better thenI have mostly good facial development (zygos, maxilla, midface, browridge, etc..), just lacking lower third (specifically chin) height
Vertical jutting has been a good short term solution, but it gets uncomfortable after a while and I don't want to be doing it long term
Send front profile of lower thirdAssuming you have no jaw recession, a normal bite, and ok ramus length, would a genioplasty with downgrafting mog bimax for increasing lower third height
My gonial and mandibular plane angle are fine, maybe a lil low thoSend front profile of lower third
Generally if your short chin is from a super low gonial angle then bimax would be the answer (SFS)
If smile and gonial is fine then just genio
If your facial height is fine overall besides the chin and your upper lip doesn’t cover your teeth when u smile then I’d go with vertical genioMy gonial and mandibular plane angle are fine, maybe a lil low tho
I have a normal smile with a good bite and no recession
I’ve made morphs where I just increase my chin height and my issue goes away, so I think a genio with downgrafting is all I need, but just making sure
Sounds like that’s the way to goIf your facial height is fine overall besides the chin and your upper lip doesn’t cover your teeth when u smile then I’d go with vertical genio
But do u morph your chin when u jut or when u clenchSounds like that’s the way to go
Lower third overall is a bit short but just increasing chin height gets me where I want
I morph when restingBut do u morph your chin when u jut or when u clench
Then yeah just genioI morph when resting
My philtrum is on the slightly long side and my MFR is near idealThen yeah just genio
It’d be a different story if u morph yourself while also jutting
Genio Recovery is also like 30x less intense than bimax
Especially if your philtrum isn’t super short like your chin
i been doing the same this is there anything wrong with vertically jutting besides it obviously being uncomfortableI have mostly good facial development (zygos, maxilla, midface, browridge, etc..), just lacking lower third (specifically chin) height
