Mk677 stimulates the ghrelin receptors while ghrp´s directly stimulate the pituitary gland. They are both ghrelin agonists.
Mk677 has a long lifetime which lasts around 24 hours requiring one dosage per day, compared to ghrp which normaly last about 3 hours, in which multiple injections per day are required. Which one would you prefer? It it better to use 300mcg daily of ghrp-2 with three injections or 25mg of mk677?
