I think it's pretty irrelevant. Moisturizer is moisturizer.

I only use sunscreen for moisturizer I don’t think u need more than that unless u have very dry skin

i just eat the organ meats raw and the weekly steak tartare tbh, i just cook the other cuts very very rarely. also raw eggs are bazinga.

cerave is shit. use a decent sun screen or moisturiser from la roche posay
