Which money option should I take for bimax?

So I am getting Bimax, that's 100% decided. I have mogging features (eyes lips eyebrows etc) but one side of my face is recessed from a cant in the maxilla, and my chin is weak, so bimax will do the job. I don't want to resume my social life until this facial symmetry and recession is fixed so that a.) when I go out, I can actually be confident and pull girls b.) So I have a few thousand saved up (im from the UK) and still need another few thousand to be able to get it. I have a steady, above average paying job and if I am patient I will have enough in around 5 months. But I dont know if I can hibernate for another 5 months- my mental health is dying from not really socialising and also from looking at my lopsided face in the mirror

So should i.

A.) Reluctantly hibernate for 5 months whilst I rot on this forum, not spending a penny of my money except for food.
B.) Risk all my money in crypto, stocks, etc. and hope that can speed along the process by a few months
C.) Get a personal loan (at a highish interest rate) to be able to get the surgery now.

Crypto is too volatile. Could swing in either direction. There are some good investments long-term but you can't be sure if it pays off in exactly 5 months. So I wouldn't do that.
