Doesn’t genio also slightly improve lip competence? Either way tho I think first morph is too dogmaxxed but if the genio isn’t enough I’ll consider jaw surgery

after reviewing genioplasty results i saw almost no changes in lip show, and for the two cases it changed there was an increase in lower lip size on a person with a very thin upper lip, worsening their ratios, if you don’t go for jaw surgery i recommend lip implants

the first looks better but not by a large margin, the bimax aspect of the side profile can be partially ‘frauded’ by an upper lip implant which is very cheap and minimally invasive, and the rhino is a good idea

I mean the rhino from the side looks pretty much the same, so from the side genio seems to be the only needed component. But ofc they also affect front profile a fair bit especially with chin/jaw so it'd be worthwhile to morph those as well if you can and send them
