Which needles for Delts and Glutes?

Which needles are ya’ll using for delts and glutes? Google says 1 inch (25mm) for delts, but that seems too long. Was thinking 5/8 inch (16mm) for delts and 1 inch (25mm) for glutes.

I want to pin atleast 4 times a week. Delts seem easier than quads tbh.

Anyway might do quads instead of delts. But still need good needle sizes.

yk you can pin in the glutes multiple times right? The only reason for rotating is if you're doing heavy amounts of oils that are starting to irritate the area

You can use 1inch for both. Delt injection is perfectly fine even if injecting 2.5ml of oil. I alternate between glutes and delts.

Should take atleast a 7 day break from the injection site.

No problem at all. 0.5inch is also fine for delt.

Try put a 1" needle in and see if you feel it enter the muscle.
It should be easy to distinguish.
Top left/right quadrant for left/right glute.

I was already trying it w an empty needle, like twice. I didn’t feel anything at all, thought it’s gonna be painful or smth but I felt nothing. No idea how I can make sure if I’m in the muscle.

I sometimes feel a second piercing feeling, like when you initially breach the skin with the needle.
1" should be enough though bro.

Bet, did you ever try delts or anything else? Gonna try delts now w empty needle to see how it feels there.

Which oil you use? I have MCT so shouldn’t be that brutal.
