my personal list, not in order:
Dirty genes,
Hooked,
The brain the changes itself,
The way of men,
Tools of Titans[fav],
Why Nations Fail,

There are lots of books which I would say are good, but not very BENEFICIAL or you could apply in real life like: Sapiens or Guns, germs and steel.

I don't read books and I doubt they would benefit me

which area of life you want to improve in?
ask yourself that and read a few books that involves the field you want to to improve in

Don't read for the sake of reading
read because you want something out of it
the number of books you have read doesn't mean anything but the quality of the info you're getting out of each one does
I spend an entire month to read a book throughly in my spare time
don't read books just for its sake

Robert Greene books ( Laws of Human nature, laws of seduction, 48 laws of power, 50th law, Mastery). He's a great storyteller, the best part is getting all these stories about people in different eras and countries. Lots of blackpills and good advice

The art of learning
Atomic habits
The six Pillars of Self esteem
4 hour Work week
Sex God Method. This has stuff about the psychological aspects of sex DEMI ( Dominance, emotion, variety, intensity). helped me understand foid psychology
Models
The Game
Book of Pook
Can't hurt me
Stoicism books: Meditations by M.Aurilius, Tao of Seneca audiobook

Fiction book: The Fountainhead

I've read more than half of the list, but because I was a dumb fuck who read only for the sake of reading back then
I forgot to mention them.

Thanks alot for the extensive list, I'll have to reread most of Robert Greene books again

Sex God Method
never heard of it, I'll have to read it in the near future
Thanks again and God bless
