My nose at 16 and a half and i will be getting a rhinoplasty to reduce the fat of the nose

From the side, is it okay or I should change it with surgery.
Get it upturned?
Or just slim the tip and bridge and not get it upturned with surgery

And what is good age for boys to get surgery on nose
