1, is absolute death tier and the doctor will make you into a female with that nose job.
2. Is ideal, but 3 is most realistic.

I don't think it is thick skin btw. It is excess cartilage, which needs to be removed. But it won't have much impact on his looks.

I think it will + jaw fillers + maybe contacts + long hair + getting glowing skin, and better skin color. Its all he can do anyway. Better beard too. Thicker neck. More lashes. Get lean. Ripped. Maybe roids if its still not enough.

Yep I plan on doing the works. Probably gonna take me a few years to fully looksmax

Nose is a big one for me man, trust me, I look at my face all the time. My jaw is also too narrow and I might need orbital decompression
