PoF has been basically useless for me (then again I haven't spam messaged thousands of women) and mostly consists of ugly, fat women and maybe a few FoB Ethniks.

Other than that, I only really have experience with Tinder, Bumble and Badoo. Badoo was more useful in Mexico and has similar problems with its userbase here in Canada as PoF does. Tinder is a lot of White Beckies aged 18-35 and Bumble is mostly White Beckies aged 22-35 (slightly older userbase) but with more Ethniks.

I'd say Bumble has the most HQNP women on it out of the apps I've tried, but I'm refraining from voting in the poll because I don't think I've used enough apps.
