It tastes slighty fizzy and is creamy

Kefir is supposed to have the most and diverse probiotic bacterias than other dairy products - dozens of different strains not just a few, and could be the best for a healthy gut.

Kefir is supposed to have the most and diverse probiotic bacterias than other dairy products - dozens of different strains not just a few, and could be the best for a healthy gut.

Idk if it's placebo, but it does lift my mood. And digests better than milk
