Based on stats alone the majority are probably gonna choose the white boy. And I don't think body fat, or height past a certain point, makes a difference with most girls. Some dudes look better with higher body fat. Depends on the person and their harmony.

Simply based on stats. If the Mexican is white passing then it can go either way. But if she knows he's Mexican she'd be more likely to choose the white boy. Everybody loves a colonizer.
