buy one of the 0.025 and 0.05 and stock up on the 0.1

use cleanser, moisturiser, sunscreen in the morning
use cleanser, moisturiser, wait for it to dry, tret, moisturiser and then sunscreen in the evening

when applying use a thin layer across your face, about a pea size amount

start with 0.025 then to 0.05 then to 0.1

do once a week, then the next week twice a week, then the next week 3 times a week, until you're using it daily then you can move up in strength and do the same again until you get to daily use of 0.1

I use the gel, I own cream but haven't used it because gel works for me and I heard anecdotes about cream being worse for some people

I bought 0.25 gel + 0.5 gel + 0.25 cream. and now I regret buying the cream instead of 1%
I started on 0.25 and I got a little purge nothing serious, just be smart about it, don't be too much of a pussy and don't do too much to damage skin barrier,
moved onto 0.5 because 0.25 was fine and dandy but was a bit slow
got a mini "purge" not really a purge just a rough patch and now im coming out of that and my skin is getting better
