Which one is better? Longevity vs short prime [aging question]

A. Being a chad from puberty to 30 then descending to MTN

B. Being a strong HTN till the age of 60

Being a Chad till 30 is not a bad trade off. But Chads that decline to MTNs generally start declining pretty rapidly around 21, and are MTN by 25. Either way I would still rather be a HTN for life.

The most common scenario like this is a guy that is not actually a Chad, but a guy that had Chad status because he was a big deal College Athlete and was thus able to score a lot of girls, but maybe he got injured, or just wasn't good enough to make a living from his sport, so he ends up working some sales job after college and loses the status and the girls. I have encountered a few guys like this, they always want to talk about their glory days, they are kind of pathetic TBH.
