This is my routine which I've used with great success.

1. Skip breakfast and keep yourself busy with activities in the morning.

2. For lunch have something small to eat and afterwards sip on a large, strong, bitter cup of coffee to suppress appetite

3. Evening time you can eat pretty much whatever you want within reason and still lose weight as you've barely eaten the whole day.

4. Next day - don't diet. Just eat maintenance.

5. The day after that - do steps 1 to 3 again.

I followed this routine for 2 months and got extremely lean with a chiselled face and hollow cheeks

Because of step 4 it's not too bad, and step 4 also means when you do step 1 - 3 your willpower is stronger as you're not as depleted

Yeah lmao, I was just showing an extreme example, but I’m drinking 600-1000mg a day and it kills my appetite. Obviously, I’m not doing 1000mg every day, but it also depends if you eat a lot of food, your weight and height, and if you have a caffeine tolerance or not.
