Which one of my eyelids has ptosis?

I’ll get it out of the way myself “Hamza tier eye area” “scleral show-cel” but fr tho, which one needs ptosis repair surgery? I want to do ptosis repair before any other eye surgery. The one on the picture’s left is more droopy but idk if it’s ptosis or just more fat above it (which is a good thing). But how would it be possible for the right eye to have ptosis when it’s so open? Thoughts?
