tell me which field of study u find the most appealing. if everything is boring to u, choose the least boring one.

do not take into account the money that can be made or other secondary things such as fame, etc but purely ur interest in that field

@BrahminBoss i never knew u had a keen interest in film. really?

I know nothing about it but would like to go behind the scenes tbh . I remember downloading a book called lacans psychonalatics and film or something like that but never got around to reading it. I also like pharmacokinetics of drugs and such but it gets insanely complicated after a certain level that you have no choice but to take certain hypotheses with a grain of salt.

mirin honestly
psychoanalysis is a massive gray area because its mostly based on pyschological hypothesis (basically fraud) but some theories are ethological in nature (ultra legit as fuk)
and lacan is generally better fraud freud imo.
the thing u r talking about is psychoanalytic film theory. do check it out.
if u want more reading i would also suggest shklovsky's art as technique in which he talks about defamiliarization (important tool in art, not just film) from writers like tolstoy and dostoevsky.

u need to start from base and build up for pharmokinetics research. it is very fascinating. any book taught in a typical college classroom should be fine to get started with it

i would recommend starting with essential cell biology
