The thing is that they both change a lot, whether they are tanned or not, for example, Australians have skin with a light base but even lighter pigmentation with orange tones, it is what gives them the glow when they tan, in my step I have a pale base and even pigmentation. paler, it's hard for me to tan and my skin just burns lmao
