I didn't delete it. It was deleted by another mod but i would have done the same because it was a troll thread. Dr. Ramieri was referring to the surgery being "completed" in those remarks. That thread was disrespectful to a user like @Gaia262, who has made significant contributions to the community. Trolling and making fun of users like him is why 99% of users are afraid of posting their surgery results. Instead of creating useless threads for reactions, our forum and community could be far more useful if it focused on providing constructive criticism and honest feedback to its users. I believe it is the least we could do.
