i know. but still, if you get banned for something and repeat it 3 times right after u get unbanned, sure after i report it he should be perma'd again?

they deleted it but copied it for a future thread he'll take credit for. its in the TOS. doesn't matter what signature you use as to copyright reminder, the TOS states whatever you type on here is their property.

I don’t think that’s good enough for a permaban. A race-baiting offense is less worse as let’s say, a doxxing one. It also depends on which moderator is handling the report. Some are stricter than others. Some are more lenient than others. I tend to be more lenient because I am a nice person.
