Which orthodontic procedures can i get to be treated as humane until surgery? 14 y/o [Narrow palate, SFS, overbite, overjet, narrow jaw, crossbite?

frontal incis = 40mm
molars = 55mm

and i think i might have a crossbite

morph i did

+ fixed overjet (upper lips)
+ increase in vertical height
+ fixed weird chin from vertical height + properly aligned teeth
+ less facial fat (although note i am fat, sfs makes your cheeks chubbier)

i was thinking of marpe for the palate + braces for overjet, align the teeth so they sit ontop of eachother giving me downward growth and more vertical height, and if my sutures are open (not probaly) Herbst appliance, for the narrow jaw ill just do filler or wathever
