People say deca but i've seen cases of people using only deca and getting hair loss multiple times. The only thing that is for sure safe is testosterone plus 5ar inhibitor (dutasteride or finasteride). Everything else is based on anecdotes online. How much testosterone you can take with a 5ar and not get hair loss depends on your genetics but I know using dutasteride I don't get any hair loss up to 350mg (had no need to try above that because of muscle memory from previous bigger cycles).
