I have pain when doing pressing movements and rotation with my left wrist. I sprained by lower back doing RDLs wrongly.

BPC directly heals tendons, ligaments, and muscle tears fast. It could be a great idea for your wrist. I’m not sure about back tho. Not educated on that part.
