  • PAH = Predicted Adult Height, not actual height.
  • Delta PAH = how much the prediction changed over time.

and is not proof HGH works well in normal teens

early pah can be misleading due to bone age being delayed
and as pub hits their growth velocity becomes clearer thus adding more cm to their PAH

study includes very short low early PAH kids
early PAH gains ≠ adult height gains

this could be analogous to GHRPs and how they work in ISS prepubertals (although not as efficient)
