Drop some ball knowledge.
 
Test your basics first. Gut health (most important, if you experience bloating, chronic diarrhea, unexpected weight loss), thyroid function (and adjust iod/selenium if needed), and insulin sensitivity (HbA1c, relative fasting insulin/ and sober blood sugar response).

If your general health is fine, peptides won’t make a big difference anyway, and popular ones like Hgh are ineffective on their own, or if there are underlying issues with overall health.
