Which photo of morphed surgery results looks better, and what I should prioritize?

I am recessed and have a bad nose because of it. First image is not morphed, second is rhino, and third is double jaw (yes it’s a bit shitty). Which one looks the best and which surgery should I get first??

Rhino first 100% imo, and then look into orthodontics to see if you can fix that mandible recession. your nose is cooked, and even getting leforte won't fix it that much, sorry to tell you that brotha.

yeah i said get rhino first, and I said he should prioritize rhino over lefort because he mentioned that he thought his bad nose was caused by recession (his mandible IS recessed, it's underprojected compared to his upper jaw).

so i assumed he thought that getting a leforte would help his nose (in some cases, moving the maxilla forward can in fact change the nose - but you're correct, it doesn't affect the nose hump, however I do not believe it would fix the nose bump), and I was clarifying that in his case the leforte wouldn't do anything for the nose and he should get a rhino instead (at least from my predictions), as I believe his big nose is a bigger flaw in the moment than his mandibluar recession.

Bro, a quick nose job so that he can have a higher quality of life until he can save up and plan the time off and recovery for a more extensive surgery, OR Plan on getting the surgery and still have to get the rhino after JFL
