There are also other parameters that depend on your device, but universally I've found that ISO 200 is the most accurate in a room with natural lighting (window brightness).

Be aware that the iso It will automatically increase based on the brightness of what your camera sees, and higher ISO will result in more "lissage " "bruitage" and artificial changes.

So the higher the ISO, the less grounded in reality your photo will be.
That's why I told you to lock the ISO at 200, 1/50 in a natural room
