I sit and work on my computer most of the time or do paperwork, so I want to make sure my posture doesn't get bad. I have this cheap one, but get uncomfortable after not too long, also I want to find an alternative that isn't as visible through a dressshirt. I've heard something about a device that gives you a small shock when you slauch, but couldn't seem to find it

Ive read that those dont help since you become dependant on them. Its best to do posture correcting excercises.

That's also why I was thinking the electrical one instead of the one I have as you get conditioned to have a good posture.
