Which product is the best for facial hair growth (eyebrows, beard, stache)

If you take it orally it bloats but you can’t apply it directly to the eyelashes right?

Buy a mascara, empty the bottle, clean the brush, and refill it with castor oil, then use that.

Yes. 5% and avoid contact with eyes or surrounding sensitive skin.
