What i noticed is the unfair grading in favor of women in high school and preferential hiring of them in socially stimulating Customer-Facing or comfortable Office Professions.
Meanwhile Sub 80th Percentile Men are pushed into the Shit Job Direction.
Isolating, Object and not People Focused with no prospects of Climbing up.
Basically all the Faceless Anonymous low Background Work to have Women and Chads then enjoy the fruits of.
And if they Do in fact get a job in a social environment they will soon realize how UnSocial Social Workers really are.
