I remember asking FaceandLMS this same question few years ago on one of his livestreams and he
said White Men were first then second would more or less be any ethnicity that fringes on white
passing or that have strong Eurocentric features

His list went something like : White/Nordics > Med White i.e. Spaniards,Italians,Greeks etc with along
with Mulattos and certain Latinos falling into this category.
