South Asia because at least in countries like China there are social support programs and the general quality of life is better compared to india where most people are poor and studying is seen as the only way out.

Both South and East Asians are probably around the same in the west though, in my case it was bad because my parents legit didn’t push me to do any sports or anything when I had good prospects due to always being taller and bigger than other kids around because beta you must study. Although that has less to do with studycelling and more to do with them trying to keep me inside the house
