Which rhino surgeoun would you recommend?

I got a a wide nosebridge and wide nose in general.
I live in Austria therefore I definetely wanna get it done in Turkey.
Suggestions?

I would recommend to first focus on skin and rosacea on the nose. You got thick skin, if you use accutane or soolantra to make the skin a bit thinner it will be easier for both you snd the surgeon to see what kind of rhino you would do and how the actual structure of the nose looks beneath

I already took accutane a few months back and it fucked my skin. Idk what soolantra is is it save?

I mean everything fucks your skin the first few weeks untill you get used to it

Hmm yea, you dont have severe acne, so could be that you need something milder like soolantra
