My family has amazing fighting genes my dad rarely ever lost fights neither did my uncle and one of my uncle's was #1 in the world at one point in his boxing division

Definitely kick boxing, usually when I get into fights one kick to the gut ends the fight entirely because theyre too scared of feeling more pain.

Grappling is only effective in 1v1s though. If you fight more than 1 guys and you decide to take one to the ground, the other(s) could easily kick you in the head.
