You can get a prescription and get it mixed (angerührt) at a pharmacy.

I just straight up asked for it... Said I did some research. She thought I was talking about isotretinoin (accutane) first, but made it clear that I didn't mean that.
The derm might give you acnatac (tret + some antibiotic). You can say you just want tret.
But be aware that it's more like a thick creme and not a gel like consistency like how you might order it from an online pharmacy.

Ordered 15 packs of Retin-A yesterday (5$ each from India), just wondering how they compare to Acnatac (32$ each after state subsidies) - the only thing avaliable here.

I use La Roche-Posay Anthelios. EXTREMELY fucking important to wear sunscreen

Yeah that’s correct and sunscreen if in the sun for a little while. Wear a hat or cap & sunglasses when outside and sunscreen on, never forget. Also moisturize your face to ensure it’s well hydrated. Apply sunscreen every 2 hours when outside in the sun

Acnatac is with an antibiotic as far as I'm aware. You can look at the ingredients again. I just don't want to put antibiotics on my face for extended periods of time.

Do you use anthelios invisible fluid lsf 50+ or one of the others?

I use La Roche-Posay Anthelios Ultra Non-Perfumed spf 50 because I wear creed aventus daily and don’t want to smell like sunscreen
