Definetly work on getting more masculine features. I think its a mix of things, you should definetly darken your eyebrows which will help with coloring and also making you more masculine. Maybe facial hair (if ur down for it) like a goatee with a mustache or something.
Id say , try and get a more "stronger" and wider jaw/mandible, that will for sure make you more masculine and improve looks.

Lastly, if youre not alr doing it, go sun bathe, and take tanning supplements (supplements that contain lycopene, betacaroten, etc) which will get you more tan and improve coloring.
