Top is brachycephalic and brachyfacial, but could honestly pass for a meso if she leanmaxxed.

Bottom is a true brachyfacial and looks perma bloated and shit. Her side profile makes her look mesocephalic, but that's calculated using the ratio and she might still be classed as brachycephalic because her face is so fucking wide jfc.
