Trenbolone or superdrol/msten/etc. Why? Both extremely androgenic, extremely anabolic, and shows to increase IGF-1 at extreme amounts, as anabolics do, just more so.

Yeah they are both extremely hair risky, I wouldn’t consider that a problem though with a Ru/Dutasteride/Minox/Microneedle stack. Nandrolone isn’t ideal because it isn’t androgenic essentially at all, and it is nothing special when it comes to IGF-1. If you really are concerned about hair but want bone growth from steroids, run dbol with a lot of aromasin, finasteride (fin works well for dbol because dbol 5a reductase and isn’t more androgenic than testosterone), and keeping electrolytes in check.
