1. Go to the doctor, cry there and tell him you think you have delayed growth and development, get a hormonal profile done through some blood tests + growth plate x-rays
2. try to get HGH or Oxandrolone or test prescribed (HGH is best, if they give you test it will be micro doses so don't bother, just rant about you being insecure with your height)

3. that's it, or you could just read 200 pages of scientifical literature like I did, get blood work tests that you can do yourself in your house, and try the mildest roids because you're STILL FUCKING DEVELOPINGGG, your best shots are HGH, or test + AI like exemestane or sum like that.
