Ayo. I've been reading a lot of threads on the importance of certain supplements and vitamins. Which ones should I truly purchase and regularly take? Which ones caused a noticeable difference in your appearance?

Preciate it folks.

Magnesium has really brought out my veins ngl.

Beta carotene is the only non cope vitamin as it actually has a visible effect on your looks (skin yellowness)

Can you tell me what does Aataxanthin or beta-carotene do exactly?

Also does anyone here try BIOTIN? does it increase hair/nail/skin quality?

Don't know about Aataxanthin but beta carotene is stored underneath the skin in excess and gives a "vege tan" underglow.
i've been using biotin after shaving my hair ill get back to you if I see any good results.

Yeah beta carotene + Astaxanthin

Everything else is cope unless you have a measured deficiency in something and take a supplement for that, but even then that’s not rlly helping ur looks just slight health

Bro what the fuck do both of supplements do?

Astaxanthin makes your skin pinker
Beta Carotene makes your skin yellower
Some should take both, other people should use only one.

I've personally witnessed both.

Biotin does a lot more for women than men. I'm skeptical it does much in men unless you have a deficiency. 1,000 mcg max if you have acne problems.

Seconding everyone suggesting Astaxanthin, Magnesium(300mg minimum) and Vitamin D(5,000 IU). And be careful to get good magnesium, a lot of it is shit. I suggest ZMA from Universal Nutrition or Now's Magnesium Transporters(it has 5 versions and should work for almost anyone, because some people don't absorb certain types).

I'd also toss Taurine into the mix. Not everyone needs it, but it's been very good for muscle fatigue for me.
Lutin mildly improved my vision after CFL lighting caused deterioration.

zinc, magnesium, beta caroteen, vit D, Vit A and vit K2 are not cope,
also taking 2000mg of vitamin B5 has significantly reduced my acne.

Vitamin A is heavily underrated imo.
Worked magic for my shitskin in such a short period of time.

You guys should probable state the amount of each supplement or vitamin one should be taking, just like @TheGreatCornholio did.

Tbh I never knew magnesium was good for getting visible veins. I always had it available at home but seldom took it, since it's pretty fucking horrible in taste.

This was incredible. Thanks bro. I'm brown so imma start on the astaxanthin to whitemaxx (the terms u guys use on this website fuckin kill me lmao) and also go with everything else you and the others in this thread mentioned.

Just some normie input to readers -- vitamin D is especially important now that most of us aren't seeing much sun.

Dooes your skin have an uneven skin tone -Some areas brighter and some areas dull?

Also do you all have solution for patchy beard- ( don't suggest minoxidil) I have beard but 10% of its patchy(0 hair follicles)
For beard use peppermint oil if you don't want to use minox
I don't really have an uneven skin tone bro.
