Which surgeon can save my face? Ramieri or Raffaini?

Looks like Raffaini had really good works, but 99% are on females and I read that his works are not as good on males.

Ramieri sounds good too, our king @Gaia262 should confirm, but i don't know if he can afford on fixing all

I have to fix my ENTIRE face. I should need orbital rims implants, rhyno for my nose tip and probably zygos implants and something for my bite (idk if i have to go for bimax or braces will be enough, I have to do x-rays yet since i lost a tooth time ago and the insurance is taking long ass time to allow me to get it back)

The issue with zygos implants is they often result in a uncanny and fake way. Would advice filler there as it’s less off a guesswork and much more controllable and when done right looks sharper and better.

I agree with the posters above - you look decent. But if you are looking to choose between surgeons, then Raffaini doesn't do implants and he is more expensive than Ramieri. So for what you're looking for, it has to be Ramieri. If you were just looking for DJS then Raffaini all day long (if you have the money).
