Which surgeon offers soft tissue simulation?

Like who will show me what my soft tissue will look like after jaw movement or implants

None offer accurate soft tissue simulation, almost all give a rough simulation.

There are only a few software that do this (Dolphin, Mimics, Vectra) and there is also a way to manually edit it in Blender and 3DS. None of them are very accurate.

AI based models are years away because the data set needs to be large. I am working on this and will likely win the race to a respectable MVP in that regard because I cant think of anyone with a larger library of previous Orthognathic + Extensive custom facial implants combined. A couple of people in the world have a larger dataset for custom orthognathic surgery but no implants, other have a larger implant data base (maybe one person) but no orthognathic.......Nowadays anyone can make an app or a software. Im gonna leverage my unique dataset.

For example no one did supras before they were made popular by Giant x Pags collaboration. It would take years for anyone else to catch up.

We have hundreds of cases of these new and unique surgeries, and it's still not enough because the data needs to be stratified a lot by age, body fat composition, gender, ethnicity, etc. We need at least 1000+ cases. Which we can reach in maybe another year or two. Anyone else is 5-10 years away from that.

I am also open to collaborating with other centers to bring it to market sooner..... Not so interested in commercializing it.

And thats not very good...

The point is we are professionals and we arent guided by the prediction. We are guided by experience. The prediction is just to help the patient understand better, it doesnt help us understand any more.

What do you think about Bell's 3DMD setup? Is it significantly better than alternatives (e.g. Dolphin's built-in thing, I believe LACOMS uses that)

I already said theres no reliable predictive software. Further, we are not guided by predictions. Treatment is NOT guided by predictions, its a tool to help patients roughly visualize the outcome ONLY.
