Which surgeons perform Lefort 2?

On top of my jaw being advanced, I would like my paranasal area to be advanced as well. I have a very flat midface, but more so I also have deep, hollow crevices around my nose, which create deep nasolabial folds and give me huge chipmunk cheeks.

Lefort 2 sounds like the only option.

I'm confused. Isn't Lefort 3 more invasive and risky?
